Delete your Deeper account

Delete your account in the app

This is the quickest way, and it works the same on iPhone and Android:

1. Open Deeper and sign in to the account you want to delete. The option only appears while you are signed in.
2. Go to the Profile tab and tap the gear icon at the top right to open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. In the “Delete your account?” dialog, tap Delete Account to confirm.

Deletion starts as soon as you confirm and cannot be undone. If your account has an email address, we send you a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email us at support@getdeepr.app with the subject “Delete my account”. Send it from the email address of your Deeper account, or include that address in your message: we need it to find your account.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases:

• Your sign-in account and your profile, including your email address and your onboarding answers
• Your voice recordings
• Your voice analyses: scores and acoustic measurements such as pitch in Hz
• Your training progress and history: completed exercises, achievements, streak and XP
• Your notification history and push notification registration
• Invitations you sent and the rewards tied to them

What may be kept, and for how long

• Purchases and subscriptions: records of your purchases are kept by Apple (App Store), Google (Google Play) and our subscription provider RevenueCat, under their own privacy policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
• Backups: residual copies in encrypted backups age out within 30 days.
• Analytics, crash and attribution data: kept by our analytics, error-reporting and attribution providers for up to 12 months.
• Invitations from others: if someone invited you to Deeper, their record of that invitation is kept, without anything that identifies you.
